Advantages and disadvantages

Refund Policy: Refunds are available for customers not satisfied with the services due to technical issues or discrepancies within 7 days of activation. Refund requests will be subject to KYC (Know Your Customer) verification as a first step. Requests without KYC documents sent via ticket will be rejected.

Customers are solely responsible for backing up their VPS data, VPS customers must manage backups manually. 1Gbits is not responsible for data backup in VPS services.
