Cloud server
The SIM-Networks public cloud platform is a ready-made ecosystem for quickly publishing services. The public cloud is ideal for startups, online projects, and test environments: you get pre-configured images, automatic scaling, per-minute/hourly billing, and a user-friendly control panel. Private cloud

Computing nodes with powerful GPUs (e.g., Nvidia L40) are focused on ML/AI tasks, 3D rendering, video processing, and scientific computing. Ready-to-use images with frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) are available, along with hourly and permanent rental options, fast access to high-performance data storage and low-latency networks.

SIM-Networks Data Centers
SIM-Networks uses two data centers to house its equipment. SIM-Networks uses only professional equipment and hosts its customers’ server infrastructure in state-of-the-art data centers:
- TelemaxX IPC-3 and TelemaxX IPC-4 class Tier III+ in Karlsruhe, Germany. The data centers were commissioned in 2009 and 2011, respectively. The TelemaxX data centers are connected by a ring of fiber optic lines. Communication with the outside world is provided by redundant communication lines for fault tolerance. Internet access is provided via leased lines to the largest providers in Germany and worldwide. There is also a direct connection to DE-CIX in Frankfurt which ensures the shortest possible data transfer paths within the European Union and beyond.
- The large European data center Serverius SDC1 is another infrastructure location. Serverius is located in Dronten, the Netherlands. The data center has been on the market since 2009 and is ISO/IEC 27001 certified. This location is perfect for projects with heavy traffic. A colocation service is also available in this data center (server placement in the provider’s data center).
Pricing and Support
SIM-Networks cloud hosting plans are competitive. SIM-Networks’ primary currency is the euro (EUR). All internal transactions are conducted in this currency. All prices in currencies other than EUR are calculated automatically using the current daily exchange rates from SIM-Networks’ billing system. Available billing cycles include both monthly and annual subscriptions. With an annual subscription, you’ll receive a 10% discount. Refunds are at SIM-Networks’ discretion, with the exception of VDS plans, which offer a full refund within 14 days.
SIM-Networks provides 24/7 technical support in at least four languages: English, Russian, German, and Ukrainian. The company promises to respond to inquiries within one hour and resolve issues within 24 hours (depending on the complexity of the issue).
